Return and refund policy
After you place an order on our website, we will verify the order before shipping it to you. However, in cases where the product does not match the item you ordered through the website, or if there are any errors or defects, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with your original order.
1. Cases Eligible for Product Exchange
- The product does not meet quality standards or is damaged during transportation (e.g., torn, stained, dirty, wet, etc.).
- The product does not match the customer’s order.
- Technical defects: missing pages, printing errors, etc.
2. Cases Eligible for Product Return
Customers may return products and receive a full refund without any additional charges in the following situations:
- The order has not yet been shipped.
- The product is defective and the seller does not have a replacement item available.
For orders not yet shipped (order status: Pending or Processing — customers may track the status via email or by contacting the seller):
- Customers may return all or part of the order.
- For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned items.
For defective products with no replacement available, we will notify the customer and issue a refund accordingly.
3. Product Exchange Procedure
Upon receiving the package from the delivery staff, customers are advised to check the quantity and condition of the product before signing for receipt.
If you discover any errors, defects, or discrepancies, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for timely assistance.
Except for special cases, we cannot process complaints submitted after the stated timeframe.

We will contact you within 48 hours from the time we receive your support request (excluding weekends and public holidays) to resolve the issue.
For eligible return or exchange cases, customers will not incur any additional charges.
We will send the replacement product according to your original order request. In cases where replacement stock is unavailable, you may request a different product or receive a refund equal to the value of the purchased item.
